Requesting a quote is the first step. A quote request does not reserve equipment or confirm a booking.

Before you book

We confirm availability and provide an itemized quote with rental pricing, applicable charges and booking details before payment. Review your quote and rental agreement before signing and paying your deposit.

Deposit and balance

A 50% deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is due the day before your event.

Cancellation

Cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice before your event and your deposit is fully refunded. For cancellations with less notice, contact us to discuss your booking.

Refundable equipment fee

A $50 refundable equipment fee is collected with your deposit and returned in full after pickup inspection confirms everything is in good shape.

Weather and rescheduling

We will work with you to reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Contact us to coordinate changes and discuss delivery timing for your event.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery and pickup are free anywhere in Broward County with a package. Single-item rentals in Broward have a delivery fee. Palm Beach and Miami-Dade delivery fees are $45 and $55 respectively. Charges are quoted upfront.

Delivery is usually 1–3 hours before your event, with pickup that evening or the next morning. Exact times are confirmed the day before.
