We take pride in providing and maintaining all of our equipment to the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and reliability. Every item is thoroughly inspected, sanitized, and tested before each rental to ensure it is fully functional and event-ready. We use high-quality biodegradable cleaning materials and products whenever possible to help protect both our equipment and the environment. Our goal is to provide every customer with peace of mind, knowing their rental experience will be clean, safe, professional, and worry-free from start to finish.
Delivery and pickup are free anywhere in Broward County when you book a package. À la carte (single-item) rentals in Broward have a small delivery fee. Palm Beach and Miami-Dade are extended areas with a flat delivery fee ($45 / $55) — quoted upfront, never tacked on later.
Q.02Do I need to put down a deposit?+
Yes — 50% holds your date. The remaining balance is due the day before. Cancel 48+ hours out and your deposit is fully refunded.
Q.03Is there a damage or equipment fee?+
Yes — a $50 refundable equipment fee is collected with your deposit and returned in full once we inspect everything on pickup and confirm it's all in good shape.
Q.04When do you deliver and pick up?+
We deliver before your party starts (usually 1–3 hours prior) and come back the same evening or the next morning. We'll lock in exact times the day before.
Q.05Can I rent just a cotton candy or popcorn machine?+
Absolutely. You can rent a single concession on its own — a small delivery fee applies in Broward (free delivery is included when you book a package), flat fee for Palm Beach or Miami-Dade. Add an operator for $75 if you'd rather not run it yourself.
Q.06What if it rains?+
South Florida weather happens. We'll work with you to reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice, and we keep gear delivery flexible right up to your event window.
